Return, Exchanges, and Refunds

How do I make returns?

Products can be returned within 30 days of purchase if in brand new and unused condition. All returns may be subject to a 15% percent restocking fee.

In the instance you need to make a return, please give us a call 949-409-1310 or send us an e-mail at info@rizeup.care so that we can initiate your return process.

How do I make exchanges?

Product Defect or Warranty Exchanges - Please e-mail us at info@rizeup.care so that we can initially determine the problem you are having with our product.  If we are able to diagnose the problem to be a product defect and it is still within the warranty period, we will provide you with a shipping label to send the product back.  We will also ship out a replacement unit for you immediately.

 

In the rare instance we are not able to diagnose the problem, we may require for you to ship the unit in for testing and inspection.  If we've determined that it is in product defect, we will refund your shipment cost and ship out a replacement unit immediately.

 

Other Exchanges - All other exchanges will be processed as return and buy new.  Please reach out to us to return the product you have if it is within 30 days in brand new unused condition to receive a refund minus a 15% restocking fee.
You may purchase a different product off of our website at any time.

 

When will I get my refund?

We will provide you with shipping address to ship back your return. Upon receipt, inspection and approval will take up to 3 business days.

If the return was due to an error on our part or warranty issue, you will receive a full refund including shipping fees within 7 business days.

For general returns, you will receive a refund for the cost of product minus a 15% restocking fee within 7 business days.

Refunds can be provided as a customer credit to our website for future orders, or back to the original payment method that was used.
