Is Buying On-Line Safe?
Our website has all of your personal information encrypted so it is extremely difficult for anyone to steal your information. We also do not store your credit card information on our site.
Can my insurance company cover costs?
Depending on the product, this will also depend on your provider. The Raizer is FDA listed as a Class I patient lift and is covered by some insurance. You will need to refer to your provider. There is also a possibility that Medicare Part B may assist with the cost of the unit if it is prescribed by a physician. This is something you’ll need to follow up with your Medicare provider. Orders and Returns
How do I place an Order?
Placing an order is as simple is browsing through our products by clicking on the "Shop" option in our navigation. Review the products you are interested in, "Add To Cart", and then pay via Credit Card at check out.
Do I need an account to place an order?
You aren't required to have an account to place an order. However, we encourage you to create an account with us as it'll make it easier for you to track all of your orders and to easily reach out to us if you need help. You'll have the option to easily create an account when you check out.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
Our goal is to ship orders out within 1 business day. If your shipment has not gone out yet, please e-mail us at email@example.com to change/cancel your order. If your order has already been shipped, please contact us for a RMA number so that we can process a return and/or exchange.
How Do I Track My Order?
When your order is shipped, you will receive an shipping confirmation e-mail which will provide you with the carrier and tracking information. You'll be able to see where your package is at any given time.
How do I make returns?
Products can be returned within 30 days of purchase if in brand new and unused condition. All returns may be subject to a 15% percent restocking fee.
In the instance you need to make a return, please give us a call 949-409-1310 or send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can initiate your return process.
When will I get my refund?
We will provide you with shipping address to ship back your return. Upon receipt, inspection and approval will take up to 3 business days.
If the return was due to an error on our part or warranty issue, you will receive a full refund including shipping fees within 7 business days.
For general returns, you will receive a refund for the cost of product minus a 15% restocking fee within 7 business days.
Refunds can be provided as a customer credit to our website for future orders, or back to the original payment method that was used.

We offer the most common shipping options via UPS. We offer standard shipping as well as expedited options if you can't wait to get our products in to your hands.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
We ship within 1 business of receiving your order. In the US, we have distributors in multiple cities, so typically you should receive your package within 3-5 business days. For international orders, please send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can provide a more accurate timeline.
Can I back order products?
Since we are the manufacturer of our own products, in most cases you can back order our products. The page will inform you that the product is out of stock, but will still give you an option to place an order. Should you place a back order, we will only take payment when we are ready to ship out your order.
When will you have more products available?
We are always developing and testing new products to bring to market for you to buy. Our plan is to expand our product line in Q4 of 2021. Please e-mail us at email@example.com if there are specific types of products you're hoping for us to carry.
How do I place an order for an item that is out-of-stock?
If an item is listed as out-of-stock, that usually means we don't have an immediate time table of when the product will be back in stock. Once we know when we'll have stock on an item, we'll allow for the item to be back ordered.

Are there warranties on your products?
Our Raizer M carries a 2-year warranty from any manufacturer defects. We stand behind the quality of materials used and craftsmanship of our products. Please call us or e-mail us if you have any other questions about our warranties or if you need to submit a claim for warranty.
